days at Russellville...

For every day since July 17th...a total of 16 days...the high 
temperature at Russellville has been 100 degrees or higher. For the 
second time this Summer...this has set a record for the number of 
consecutive 100-degree days at Russellville. 

The previous record was set a few weeks ago...when there were 15 
consecutive 100-degree days from June 23rd through July 7th.
