Almost every stream in Arkansas is at a record low level for June; for example, the Buffalo at Ponca is flowing about 2.7 CFS (cubic feet per second); that is almost DRY; about 2 bucket fulls a second. Examine the drought and water flow conditions maps from USGS, I am attaching below:
